The National Coordinating Institute for the Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) is appointed by the Ministry of Education (MoE) to oversee the program's implementation.

The NCI manages the key aspects such as admissions, annual reviews, financial disbursements, and communication with scholars.

National Coordination Committee (NCC)

The National Coordination Committee (NCC) plays a key role in formulating guidelines that govern the scheme. These guidelines cover admissions, scholar reviews, fellowship disbursement, program structure and other aspects related to PMRF.

NCC ensures consistency and transparency across all participating institutes, helping to maintain the high quality and integrity of the PMRF program.
